War Detectives

War Detectives was a project that gave school children and community groups an opportunity to learn about the Second World War. Participating groups spoke to people who experienced war at first hand and investigated how their communities were affected and the impact war had on peoples' lives. From their research pupils produced a series of digital resources that are available from the website.

War Detectives is an e-learning strand of the Big Lottery Fund's, Their Past Your Future programme. The website features three fascinating projects carried out by school children in Highland.
