Description

An archaeological survey was undertaken by Alba Archaeology Ltd in 2005 of three proposed forestry sites near Kirkton, Melvich, Sutherland. The remnants of cultivation rig were encountered in Area 1. No archaeology was encountered in Areas 2 and 3. There are no archaeological reasons to prevent development in Areas 2 and 3. <1>
