Description

A watching brief on groundworks for the construction of a new house and access road at Plot 2,East Birchwood, Migdale, Bonar Bridge, was carried out on 14 October 2010. One clearance cairn, a French drain and the truncation of a podzol were recorded; all probably date from mid to late 19th century land improvements. No other archaeological features were found. <1>
