(Location cited as NH 765 908). Evelix Mill, built in the 19th century. A two-storey meal mill, with central kiln, and a threshing mill, driven by parallel overshot waterwheels (now removed).

Milltown of Evelix Evelix Mill (Corn) marked on 1st ed OS Large "Mill dam" , ie pond, rectangular, with sluice centred at 276521890921 to NW of mill & other farmbuildings. It is probable that there is another mill pond, part filled in, but still rectangular between the first mill pond described and the mill buildings.
NB another millpond on the other side of the road may mark another mill site. - HAW 11/2002
