Silver Coins found AD 1857 (NAT)
OS 6"map, Argyllshire, 2nd ed., (1914)

A hoard of about 13 silver coins, mostly of King David was found in 1857 about 3' below the sluice of an old mill dam in Corran Moss. Some were given to the NMAS.
Name Book 1871.

No further information. Visited by OS (R L) 7 May 1970.
