NLO: Loch Inchard [name centred NC 23 55].

Possibly on map sheet NC25NE or NC25SE.

7th June 1885, E.U., 42 yrs old, registered Norway, wooden barque, 404 tons, 10 crew, Master A. Aiguson, Owner C. Andersen, Frederickstadt. Departed Liverpool for Wyborg carrying salt. Stranded Kinsally Loch, Loch Inchard, W. Coast of Scotland.

(Classified as wooden barque, with cargo of salt: date of loss cited as 7 June 1885). This vessel stranded at Kinsally Loch, Loch Inchard.

Kinsally Loch is not noted as such on the 1997 edition of the OS 1:50,000 map. The loss probably occurred near the mouth of the loch.
