Full Description

NMRS Report: (13/07/2004)
NH33SE 50 centred on 3820 3205

A few field clearance cairns were noted during the course of a pre-afforestation survey by Wordsworth Archaeological Services. The extent of the cairns is ill-defined but possible cover an area measuring 50m from N to S by 20m. They are presumably associated with the hut-circle (NH33SE 11) to the N and may be the area of small cairns described by the OS in 1973.
