A small fenced enclosure with four oil heaters within is situated on the NE side of the road at the junction two minor roads to the S of Inchindown farmsteading.
Within the enclosure are four metal 'boxes' with smaller boxes at one end. These were the heaters to retain the viscosity of the oil in the undeground pipeline from the main storage tanks at Inchindown on its journey to the tanks at Invergordon.
