Full Description
Information from Martin Briscoe, that the building on the opposite corner of the level crossing to the station (ND 249 557) was an Anti Aircraft Ordnance Depot (AAOD) where AA guns were stored and maintained. Photographs show the building in good, but disused condition. <1><2>
