Full Description

8m internal diameter hut circle, set at the SW edge of Carrol Burn and slightly eroded by it. Its stone walls, partly covered by short heather, are spread to 2m wide and stand 0.7m high, most prominently on its north-west, upper side. There is an entrance to 130° onto a short heather-covered level area.

It lay slightly outside the proposed area for planting. <1>
