ARCH Community Timeline Courses

ARCH Community Timeline courses provide an overview of local heritage, and then allow participants to research a site, building, feature, find, placename traditions or any other aspect of their local heritage which is of interest. In many cases, this results in new information, photographs or updated references for the HER. In addition, each course produces a local display and a binder with extra information.

Further information about the Community Timeline courses can be found on the ARCH website at www.archhighland.org.uk/community-timelines.asp

Two recent Community Timeline courses have contributed to a number of records held in the HER. Please use the links below to find out more about these records.

Have you come across a record that you can add more information to, or that you have a photograph of? Please contact us if you would like to add this to the HER.
