Description
An archaeological desk based assessment and walk over survey was carried out by J Robertson and C Dagg in April 2011 in advance of a proposed hydro-electric scheme at Garbhaig Estate, Gairloch. Five archaeological sites were recorded including a chapel, burial ground and cross-inscribed slabs; an iron works; multiples bridges; an old road and associated bridge. <1>
