What may be a LAA battery is visible on a RAF vertical air photograph (CPE/Scot/UK182 2333, flown 8 October 1946). A metalled tracked leads from the public road, with a large turning circle, and possibly three huts beside it. The possible gun emplacement lies to the N.
The site has been redeveloped for housing.
