This panel was recorded by members of NoSAS (Rock Art Group) in March 2024. This panel is ‘c’ on Ann Wakeling’s 1996 plan of Bailemore at Milton of Balnapoul Sluggan. The panel is in a prominent position above and about 20m south of the southwest corner of a distinctive trapezoidal enclosure. The area is very rough grazing, with scattered large psammite boulders, and many juniper and broom bushes. The panels are on a spur at the base of a steep slope, with wide ranging views along the River Spey particularly to the north.

The panel is the south section of a large psammite boulder which has split into three sections. It is a ‘whaleback’ about 4.5m long and 1.5m wide. There are no motifs on the other two sections. There are 26 cups, 2 of which are joined, along the upper and north part of the panel. At the east end the cups are spaced along the top edge but moving west they continue on the north side, away from the edge and in clusters. <3>
