This pier on the NE shore of Loch Dochfour, on the E side of the ferry from the jetty (NH63NW 29.08) on the Dochfour Embankment (NH63NW 29.04) is clearly marked on the 2nd edition of the OS 6-inch map (Inverness-shire 1905, sheet xix), on the current edition of the OS 1:10000 map (1975) and on the OS Basic Scale raster map (ND).
