Description
A walkover survey was undertaken by M Wildgoose on land at 10 Fiskavaig, Skye, in 2004, in advance of proposed development. The entire site was heavily overgrown with brambles and bracken and was therefore walked in 2m transect intervals to ensure complete coverage, a direct view of the ground surface not always being possible. No archaeological sites within the confines of, and close to, the development site were recorded. <1>
