Description
An archaeological watching brief, conducted on a top-soil strip in advance of sand and gravel extraction, at Evelix Farm, Dornoch, exposed 17 artificial features. The majority were sub-circular in plan, with a range of diameters from 0.57 metres to 4.30 metres. The plan of these features does not appear to form any clear structural arrangement and no diagnostic artefacts were discovered. <1>
