Description
Erosion monitoring was carried out in October and November 2004 by J Aitken and the Clyne Heritage Society in order to monitor and assess the effects of high spring tides and storms on the eroding coastline at the Brora Salt Pans, Clyne, Sutherland. These visits were carried out regularly to highlight the imminent threat to the site and to provide useful information to assist in any further conservation strategies. <1>
