Jacobs UK was commissioned by Scottish Water Solutions to carry out a programme of archaeological monitoring in order to examine any archaeological features that may potentially be affected by the excavations associated with the replacement of a water and sewage mains supply situated at North Ballachulish. The trenches were 2.4m wide and was excavated to a depth of 1.2m. No features of archaeological significance were discovered during the watching brief. <1>
