EHG3171 - Desk-based assessment and walkover survey - Croft 10, Fiskavaig, Isle of Skye

A desk-based assessment and walkover survey was conducted by M Wildgoose on three plots of land situated on Croft 10, Fiskavaig. The survey was required in order to identify any surviving archaeological remains and advise as to any implications for future planning consent. The first two areas lie at the centre of an abandoned late/post-medieval township. The third area showed little or no evidence for previous landuse. The report recommends that the survey results be discussed with HC archaeologists prior to any planning application. <1>
