An archaeological watching brief was carried out by Highland Archaeology Services in 2007 to record the nature and extent of any archaeology revealed during the construction of a house at Mybster. The site was cleared of topsoil and turf using a mechanical back-acting digger fitted with a straight-edged bucket. No archaeological features were uncovered. <1>
