A measured survey was carried out in 2010 as part of a wider project of survey on the Ardnish Peninsula, a Scotland's Rural Past project, by Moidart History Group. This recorded 22 features associated with the township of Lower Polnish. Documentary research was carried out as part of the project. <1>
