An archaeological evaluation was undertaken by Highland Heritage in 2008 on a new housing development at Drummuie Farm, Golspie for Highland Housing Alliance. Seven trenches were excavated which revealed no archaeological features or artefacts. It is considered unlikely that there was any historic or prehistoric activity on this site that would have left any physical traces. <1>
