Technique(s)

Organisation

Graham Robbins

Date

2001

Description

In 2001, Graham Robbins undertook a small excavation at the southern end of the Culnakirk cup marked stone to try to establish is it is a fallen standing stone. Although a small hollow was found this was too shallow to function as a stone hole and it was concluded that the stone had never stood upright. <1>
