Description
A trial trenching evaluation was undertaken in advance of housing development at St Andrews Road, Dingwall. The evaluation recorded indications of 18th century landscaping work to form the park for Tulloch Castle. This included evidence of French drains, levelling, stone clearance, tree planting, and filling of hollows to create a gentle profile. <1><2>
