Description
Sixteen features were located in a discrete area during a watching brief on Stage 3 of the Inverness Flood Relief Channel. This area was being cleared for use as a compound for gravel grading and was excavated over the course of a week. The excavations identified pits containing Neolithic pottery and associated lithics. <1><2>
