Description
A desk-based assessment and building analysis was carried out by Benjamin Tindall Architects in 2013 of Old Milton House, near Kingussie, in support of a planning application to extend and modernise the existing building. A history of the wider estate and the building and its owners from the C19 onwards was researched. It is suggested that the building in its current state was originally constructed in the 1830s with subsequent phases of extension. <1>
