Description

An archaeological investigation was carried out in the summer of 2008 as a part of the Ardnamurchan Transitions Project at Swordle Bay, Ardnamurchan. Further excavations were undertaken on the Cladh Aindreis chambered cairn. Seven trenches were opened up across and around the feature to further investigate the archaeological context of the site. <1>
