Description
A watching brief was conducted during the construction of waterbars and drainage channels along a 60 metre stretch of the West Highland Way between Allt na Feadh and Kingshouse. This was a condition of Scheduled Monument Consent. Only limited examination of the exposed features was possible, and distinction between different deposits was made harder by the flow of water through drains and waterbar cuts. <1>
