EHG4486 - DBA and walkover survey - proposed Clach Liath Wind Farm
Technique(s)
Organisation
RSK Environment Ltd
Date
Sep 2011
Description
A DBA and walkover survey was carried out by RSK in advance of the proposed Clach Liath Wind at Swordale Moor, near Evanton, Easter Ross. Six sites were identified within or partially within the direct development site. Two of these sites were identified as being low-precision records for sites that were actually outwith the development area. Three sites (an enclosure, a ford and footbridge, and a structure) were located within 50m of the proposed access track and so could be at risk during construction. One site, peat banks and cuttings, was located within the development area and so could be impacted by infrastructure. <1>
