EHG4524 - DBA - Hill of Lybster Turbines

This Environmental Report (ER) presents environmental information in support of an application for planning permission to construct and operate two wind turbines each with a maximum tip height of up to 79 metres (m) and an electrical output of around 800 kilowatts giving a total output of around 1.6 megawatts (MW) on the Hill of Lybster in the Caithness West Community Council area of Caithness. A desk-based assessment has been carried out by The Energy Workshop Limited following a visit to the site and the surrounding area. It has drawn on readily available documentary and cartographic evidence, to inform the baseline condition of the site. <1> A site visit is mentioned in the above report, but there is no further information on it.
