EHG4525 - DBA and Site Visit - Land 700m NW of Lower Rumster, Lybster

This Environmental Statement (ES) has been prepared for The Highland Council (THC) in accordance with the statutory procedures set out in The Environmental Impact Assessment (Scotland) Regulations 2011. This is in support of a planning application submitted under the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 as amended by the Planning etc (Scotland) Act 2006. The application is for a wind turbine of an overall height from base to tip not exceeding 80 metres (with a capacity of up to 1.0 MW), associated access track and ancillary development including transformer housing and temporary construction compound. The proposed Lower Rumster Wind Turbine is located at Lower Rumster Farm, Latheron, approximately 20 km south west of Wick. <1>
