EHG4597 - Condition Survey - Assich Croft, Easter Galcantray, Nairn
Technique(s)
Organisation
Fairhurst
Date
May 2014
Description
Fairhurst were instructed to undertake a structural inspection of the existing building in order to assess and advise on its structural integrity. This is to allow the building to be redeveloped to provide modern domestic accommodation.
Fairhurst's inspection was based on a visual external inspection with no opening out works or excavations being undertaken therefore we cannot comment on any aspect of the structure which is not readily apparent. An internal inspection of the building was not undertaken due to concerns on the overall structural stability of the building. <1>
