Description

Archaeology North Ltd was commissioned by Stuart Farrell on behalf of Makar Ltd in January 2015 to undertake an archaeological evaluation for a house with associated services for a site 75m west of Corrary Farm, Glen Beag, Glenelg, Kyle (NG 83260/17210). Highland Council Historic Environment Team produced a specification for this work. Work revealed no archaeological features or deposits. The development area had been heavily disturbed by a previous house built on the site in 1997, and the trench location lay on the face of a river terrace. <1>
