Description

A geophysical survey was carried out by the Ancient Monuments Laboratory in 1971 in the area between Crosskirk broch and the cemetery to the south. This was undertaken in an effort to identify the course of a wall that had been discovered during excavations in and around the broch directed by H Fairhurst (see EHG5556). <1> <2> Report awaited from RCAHMS as of 28/05/2015.
