Description
A desk-based assessment and building analysis was carried out by Benjamin Tindall Architects in 2015 of Old Milton Cottage, near Kingussie, in support of a planning application to demolish the existing building and construct a replacement dwelling using the same footprint. A history of the wider estate and the building and its owners from the C19 onwards was re-used and amended where necessary from a previous application for the main house (see EHG3975). The cottage originally formed part of a farm steading. <1>
