Description
A desk-based assessment and archaeological walkover survey of the proposed site for a small hydro scheme along the Abhainn Srath Chrombuill near the Heights of Kinlochewe, Wester Ross. The survey was undertaken on 6th January 2016.
Twenty-three archaeological sites were recorded, including turf and stone dykes, clearance cairns, the remains of small structures and the buildings at the abandoned settlement of Leckie. <1>
