Description
Under the terms of its PIC call-off contract with Historic Scotland, Kirkdale Archaeology was asked to make an archaeological record of part of the coast above the foreshore to the N of Fort George. This had been subject to severe erosion from wave action with the result that a series of contexts of suspected archaeological significance had been exposed. The work was carried out on 4th May 2010. <1>
