Description

A trial trenching evaluation was carried out on land 200m north of Limpley Stoke, Lochussie, in advance of construction of a house. Much of the southern part of the plot had been disturbed by forestry vehicles and the Historic Environment Team of Highland Council agreed this area could be omitted from the evaluation. The remaining area was stripped of topsoil; no archaeological features or deposits were found. <1>
