Description
An archaeological watching brief was carried out by West Coast Archaeological Services in 2017 in relation to the development of a new house at Croft No. 5, Peinaha, Glenhinnisdal, Isle of Skye. The development site consisted of a tract of improved land with the remains of a stone built structure and a field dyke. The archaeological watching brief was carried out on 19th April 2017. The house site and access track was stripped and no sub-surface features were identified. Survey of the two upstanding ruins was also carried out. <1>
