Description
An archaeological watching brief was conducted in March 2018 during groundworks for the formation of a new forest track at land the northeast of Sibster Farm, Bannister, Halkirk. The watching brief was required due to the location of the site lying within and area with the potential for the survival of sub-surface archaeological remains.
There were no archaeological features or finds uncovered during the works. No further work is recommended. <1>
