Description

An archaeological evaluation was carried out by AOC Archaeology Group in 2018 at Resaurie, Inverness, in advance of the construction of a new dwelling house and associated access. The evaluation was required due to the presence of known archaeological sites within the immediate area. Seven trenches were excavated across the footprint of the house site and access road, sampling an area totalling 106m². No significant archaeological remains were uncovered. No further archaeological works have been recommended. <1>
