Description
An archaeological watching brief was conducted by AOC Archaeology Group in 2017 during groundworks for a new workshop/building at Tarskavaig, North Kessock. The watching brief was required due to the location of the site within a landscape of known prehistoric activity. An area approximately 45m by 35m was stripped revealing deep topsoil above natural raised beach deposits. One possible archaeological pit feature was uncovered but the results were inconclusive. <1>
