Description

A photographic survey was carried out by AOC Archaeology Group in 2018 at Earl’s Cross, Dornoch, in advance of the construction of 12 houses and installation of associated infrastructure. The survey was of the caretaker’s cottage for the adjacent Ambassador House. The structure was recorded using high resolution DSLR photographs, with the photograph locations recorded on a scaled sketch plan. The survey provided a record of the site’s setting and landscape views and external and internal structural and decorative details. <1>
