Date

March 2022

Description

A watching brief was carried out by AOC Archaeology Group in 2022 for a proposed new house site at Abriachan, Inverness-shire. The ground conditions, which consisted of recently felled area of tree plantation within a stone- and boulder- strewn landscape, were generally poor for archaeological survival. A stone boundary dyke, which showed evidence for more than one phase of construction, was recorded during the fieldwork. <1>
