Description

An archaeological watching brief was conducted by CFA Archaeology in 2022 to inform the construction of a proposed care home at The Glebe, Tongue, Sutherland. Twenty-three trial pits were excavated in order to identify and mitigate any potential impact on subsurface archaeological features or deposits. No archaeological features or remains were observed during the trial pitting excavations. <1>
