Description
An archaeological watching brief was carried out by AOC Archaeology Group in 2022 prior to the erection of a new house at Inverinate, Kyle. Although no known archaeological sites were present within the development area, the surrounding landscape is rich in prehistoric archaeology. Topsoil was stripped from the footprint of the new house foundations, turning circle, septic tank, and sump. No archaeological features were identified, and no further archaeological work is recommended. <1>
