Description

An archaeological desk-based assessment and walkover survey were undertaken by Stuart Farrell in 2022 for an area of proposed forestry on the south side of Loch Ruthven, Inverness-shire. Work revealed one previously recorded archaeological site of a hut circle but situated close to the edge of the scheme are buildings with associated field walls. A number of recommendations were made in relation to the proposed scheme. <1>
