Description
An archaeological watching brief was undertaken by Highland Archaeology Services in 2023 during the construction of a house, driveway and shed on land to the south-east of Thurso, in Stonegun Field, Weydale. This was due to the site’s proximity of a number of prehistoric and post medieval features. No Archaeological features were recorded and there were no further recommendations. <1>
