Description

A desk-based assessment, walk-over survey and 5% archaeological evaluation was undertaken by Alba Archaeology in 2008 at a site near Torbreck, Inverness, in advance of the development of a new house and associated services. Seven undated archaeological features were discovered in 900 linear metres of trenching. <1> A second phase of investigation was requested and subsequently carried out later in 2008 (see EHG2831).
